Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. One-Day Offline Classes
For one-day offline classes, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made before the class begins.
However, cancellations made on the day of the class or no-shows are non-refundable.
2. Offline Classes Held Over a Set Period
For offline classes conducted over a set period, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made before the course begins.
After the course begins, refunds will be issued according to the following rules:

Before one-third of the total class hours has elapsed: two-thirds of the tuition will be refunded

Before one-half of the total class hours has elapsed: one-half of the tuition will be refunded

After one-half of the total class hours has elapsed: no refund will be provided
3. Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer
If a class is canceled or cannot continue due to the organizer’s circumstances, a refund will be issued based on the portion of the schedule or classes that have not yet been provided.
If necessary, the organizer may offer a change to the same or a similar schedule.

5. Partial Attendance or Early Leave
No partial refund will be provided for lateness, early departure, partial attendance, or absence due to personal reasons.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will generally be processed within 7 business days from the date the cancellation is approved.
However, the actual posting date may vary depending on the card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
7. Miscellaneous
Cancellations and refund requests will be processed only when requested by the applicant through the procedures designated by the company.
Any matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by applicable laws and the company’s separate policies.
