SPECTIVE Professional Class

This class is designed for leaders and HR/organization professionals who use SPECTIVE. Led directly by the SPECTIVE development team, it provides a professional learning experience focused on the structure and principles of SPECTIVE. Through the PBD framework, participants gain a structured and practical understanding of how to interpret individual perspectives and how to apply those insights in HR and organizational contexts. The class covers the key points of using SPECTIVE for hiring, placement, development, assessment, and decision-making, with a focus on the major judgment points that repeatedly arise in practice. It also includes decision-making simulations based on real-world situations commonly encountered in the field.
