SPECTIVE Career Class

This class helps individuals explore and choose a competitive career direction in a structured way based on their personal tendencies and perspectives. Through the SPECTIVE assessment and the PBD framework, participants learn how to interpret their own perspective, understand the environments in which it functions as a strength, recognize the conditions in which it may appear as a limitation, and identify the roles and domains where it can lead to strong performance. As a result, they move beyond a vague question of “What should I do?” and gain clear criteria for judging which roles and environments will allow them to be truly competitive in light of their own tendencies and perspective.
